Ayurveda Nov, 2022

This year, capture the benefits of Gokshura to start living a healthier life. Our formula is made from 100% pure gokshura, which is authenticated by the Department of AYUSH, Government of India.

It contains the best natural ingredients that are very helpful in boosting your body's testosterone levels in just a few days.

Gokshura is a small leafy plant that can be sold in the form of powder, capsule, or tablets. It has been used in Ayurvedic medicine to alleviate menopause symptoms in women.

In Western medicine, people used gokshura to treat urinary problems and for kidney disease.

1. Antioxidant properties

Gokshura is an herb that is native to India. Several studies have shown that gokshura may function as antioxidants in the body.

Animal and test-tube studies have found that they may help prevent damage to cells of the kidney, heart, liver, and brain. Are you trying to reduce free radical damage in your body?

We recommend adding gokshura to your diet. This plant, also known as goat's rue or milk vetch, has been used effectively in Ayurveda, India's traditional medicine system, for thousands of years.

The compounds in gokshura, including polyphenols and coumaroylquinic acids, act as antioxidants to protect your cells from damage caused by free radicals.

2. May boost your libido

Gokshura, also known as Tribulus terrestris, is an annual plant in the family Asteraceae (Compositae). It has several medicinal uses in Ayurveda, such as for treating fever and rheumatism. In traditional medicine, gokshura is believed to provide vitality and energy to the body and to boost sex drive.

3. May help lower blood sugar levels

Gokshura (Tribulus terrestris) is an herbal remedy that has been used traditionally to treat type 2 diabetes.

Recent test-tube studies have shown that gokshura may block enzymes that help break down carbohydrates and make them easier to absorb into the blood, thus reducing blood sugar levels.

While more research is needed to understand the underlying mechanisms, gokshura appears to be a promising herbal remedy for treating diabetes.

However, it’s important to note this was a test-tube study and didn’t look at effects of blocking these enzymes in humans directly.

Animals with diabetes that received gokshura had significantly lower fasting blood sugar levels and total blood sugar levels. However, there’s still limited human research in this area. Although these findings are promising, scientists need to do more research in humans to investigate these potential effects.

4. May have benefits for women’s health

Gokshura, also known as gokshura, is a plant that has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for thousands of years. Research suggests that gokshura may indeed have benefits in this area.

Several studies in women going through menopause found that taking gokshura helped reduce menopausal symptoms, such as hot flashes, night sweats, sleep issues, low mood, irritability, vaginal dryness, and low libido, compared with a placebo.

Animal research in mice with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) found that treatment with gokshura significantly improved ovarian health, compared with a placebo.

In addition, test-tube studies looked at the effects of gokshura on cancers that are more common among women, such as breast cancer and ovarian cancers. They found that gokshura extract suppressed the growth and spread of tumor cells.

Other potential health benefits

The gokshura plant is a popular herb throughout India, used to fight inflammation and pain, as well as lower blood pressure and treat kidney stones. Thanks to scientific studies, we now have published reports that confirm many of gokshura's benefits. Gokshura is a common term for Ayurveda made from the fruit of the tribulus terrestris plant.

Gokshura has many uses, such as increasing libido, lowering blood sugar levels, or treating urinary tract problems. For example, you may take it to treat an enlarged prostate gland (benign prostatic hyperplasia).

The gokshura is a flowering plant known for its medicinal properties. Increasing doses of the extract from this plant may provide a variety of health benefits, including relieving pain, improving kidney function, and alleviating symptoms of osteoarthritis.

Gokshura, also known as tribulus terrestris, is a medicinal plant. It comes from southern Asia and the Middle East..

Gokshura has been used to treat various conditions, including fever, fatigue, vomiting, and constipation. The active ingredients in gokshura may increase male libido, lower blood sugar levels, and promote bone health.
