There is no recommended dietary allowance for biotin. Adequate biotin consumption rates are 7 mg for children 0-12 months, 8 mg for children 1-3 years, 12 mg for children 4-8 years, 20 mg for children 9-13 years, and 25 mg for adolescents 14-18 years. , 30 mg for adults over 18 and pregnant women and 35 mg for women who are breastfeeding.
